OUR BISHOP
Bishop Willie F. Brooks Jr. was born in Memphis, TN one out of 7 siblings. The family moved to Milwaukee, WI in 1971. He was born the only son of the late, Pastor Willie F. Brooks Sr., of Guiding Light Missionary Baptist Church in Milwaukee, WI. He works with great passion to serve the Lord and His people with his wife along side him, 1st Lady Iris Brooks. Together they share; five daughters, two sons and proud grandparents of ten.
Bishop W. F. Brooks Jr. was called into the ministry on January 15th, 2005. He faithfully served with his father until his passing in 2008. After his father's passing, God planted into him an anointing to birth The Upper Room Missionary Baptist Church (now known as The Upper Room Bible Church) which had very humble beginnings in various locations until God opened the door for the church now to be located at 3501 A N.12th Street in Milwaukee, WI 53206.
Bishop W. F. Brooks Jr. has always had a heart for service. He first began his dedicate service to our country as a US Marine. He then served as a City of Milwaukee Auxiliary Police Officer, but his passion for service led him currently to be a licensed Private Investigator and General Manager of his own business, Wisconsin Special Security Police, which employs several members and local residents of the city of Milwaukee.
There has never been an award, medal or honor given to Bishop Elect Willie Brooks Jr. higher than the honor and call to serve his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Bishop Brooks was consecrated through Apostolic Succession November 9th 2013 by the Family Life International Fellowship and the Archdiocese of St. Peter by appointment of Archbishop Sterling Lands II.

To be an outreach ministry that effectively witness; locally, regionally and globally. Our vision is to receive the Mega blessings of God, operating under a Mega anointing, with Mega vision and purpose, but in the comfort of a small community church.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to carry out the will of Christ as stated in Matthew 10:6-8; to preach that souls maybe saved, heal the sick, cast out demons and raise the dead. We will create a Godly refuge where all seekers and sinners are welcomed. We will build strong Christian families, increase the faith of the believers, gain wisdom and understanding all through the teachings of the Word of God. We will train Godly warriors and equip and empower them for battle against demonic forces in high places. Finally we will create a Sanctuary where serving God is not a tradition but a life style.
